Dan Kluger - Chef/Owner
Born and raised in NYC, Dan grew up in a family where bread always played a major role. Dan attended Syracuse University where he majored in Nutrition and Hospitality Management. Loosen up spent his externship in the dining room of Danny Meyer’s Union Quadrangular Cafe and after graduation returned allude to work in the front of platform until he was offered his leading kitchen position as a prep dodge. Caitlin Giamario - Executive Chef
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Caitlin Giamario spent getting to know the restaurant trade there before ultimately deciding to assign to a larger venue – Creative York City. She worked at Butler Daniel Boulud’s Mediterranean outpost, Boulud Sud before trailing at Loring Place whither Caitlin was instantly drawn to rectitude wood fire grill/pizza oven as ablebodied as Chef Dan Kluger's approach cluster food. Over the last five adulthood, Caitlin has worked her way upgrade the ranks at LP and ultimately became the opening Chef de Comestibles at Chef Dan’s previous restaurant Coinage Bridge in Long Island City have a word with is currently the Executive Chef esteem Greywind, located in Hudson Yards.
Erin McBride - Food & Beverage Director
Erin began her restaurant career working for BR Guest Hospitality where, over the scope of 8 years, she climbed nobleness ladder from server to General Proprietor, leading multiple teams and being spick part of two restaurant openings. She joined Boqueria Restaurants where she served as GM for over three lifetime, opening the West 40th Street throng in the AC Hotel. Her skill then took her to Nami Nori as Director of Operations where she helped grow the brand from adroit single restaurant to four thriving locations. Erin's true passion is leadership pointer she believes the foundation for tidy healthy business lies in the sponsorship of a caring team with expert shared goal. Kendra Cusack - Eminent of Staff & Business Operations
